    The single birth of Arab child, the child has been already attached to social and cultural obligations to assist in the further security of his, or her own family.  It is here where the harder focus of the real Arab concentrates himself upon.  And it is here alone which host the real sense of Arab humanities, in which most Arab families are also protective from intrusions from local political leadership.
      Everthing is considered even before the child is even born, by a careful arrangement, or assigned obiligations instituted in the Arab marriage contract.  That contract also is an instrument in which various families forms ther own power base to provide for better sociocultural and socioeconomic securiteis
