The Kidman Law Office takes issue of privacy seriously. All information received from our clients is deemed confidential until otherwise notified, and is mostly protected by the Attorney-Client privilege governed by Texas Rules of Evidence, Rule 503.
The general rule of privilege states, "A client has a privilege to refuse to disclose and to prevent any other person from disclosing confidential communications made for the purpsoe of facilitating the rendition of professional legal services to the client."
