(I). Mr. Felix Tembe:
Ayany high school is under the directorship of Mr. Felix Tembe. This is the person in charge of liaising with donors and gives all the staff members a sense of direction. Mr. Tembe also dubs as a class teacher and handles the following subjects:
1. English,
2. C.R. E.,
3. Geography and,
4.  History,
although he is loaded with a lot of responsibities as a director and a class teacher, Mr. Tembe is also the chairman of Olympic self-help group.
The taking of these very many subjects comes as a result of having few teachers.
Personal profile:
Mr. Tembe has worked in many sectors as follows:
(a) Salesman: during his tenure as a salesman with Kenya credit traders limited, Mr. Tembe traversed Kenya and got to know very many regions. These regions include coast province, Nyanza province, rift valley and western province. He rose to the rank of assistant manager before being floored by operation manager of the company. His style of leadership was a threat to this man hence; the O.M. used his boss to eliminate him. However, Mr. Tembe was destined to do other things.
(b) Administrator: Mr. Tembe worked as an administrator in Kericho district hospital. Here, he was in charge of financial management in the department dealing with environmental health, the revenue clerks, the supporting staff and the subordinates. Given that this was a contract, Mr. Tembe felt not to renew it. Rather, he opted out and joined another sector.
(c) Teacher: Mr. Teacher joined teaching under a government sponsored school known as Kanga-Onditi mixed secondary school in Migori district where he taught c.r.e. And history from form one to form four. He later moved from this school and served in holy unity academy shortly before joining Starays School in Nairobi. Here, he was taking students in geography, history and c.r.e. From form one to form three. This was a community based school.
(d) Director: after moving from Starays, Mr. Tembe together with the rest who shared a vision of starting up a school for the ovcs, started Ayany high school in Nairobi.

(ii) Mr. Joseph Osii:

This is a man with a vision to lead and is charged with the responsibility of being the principal of the school. He has taught as a chemistry teacher, physics mathematics and biology teacher in Ligisa secondary school in Oyugis within Rachuonyo district. He later moved to Nairobi and joined holy unity academy as a teacher of the same subjects.
He is one of the brains who started Olympic self-help group and carries the mantle of secretary to the group.
He is charged with the day to day management of Ayany high school finances besides ensuring the smooth running of the institution and proper management of the ovcs.
He also doubles as a teacher and takes students on mathematics, physics and chemistry.

(Iii)Mr. Kennedy Sinyo:

He taught in God- Bura secondary before moving to Holy Unity Academy in Nairobi. Having traveled to Denmark for some exchange programmes with the students in Denmark when he was still a student, mr. Sinyo has instilled a sense of hope to the development of partnership between Ayany high school and other development partners.
Currently, he is the deputy principal. He is in charge of academic affairs and disciplinary matters in the school. He also leads the students in spiritual nourishment.
Mr. Sinyo takes students in biology, agriculture chemistry and English.
