The department is made up of two divisions, Operations run by Line Officers and Administration run by the Board of Directors.
Operations is responsible for emergency response and personnel. Supervised by the Fire Chief and made up of all the members. The Line Officers consist of the Assistant Fire Chief, two Captains, and two Lieutenants.
Administration is responsible for the business of the department including budgets, contracts, and the building/grounds, commitees, etc. The Board of Directors consist of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and two Board Members.
