Soun Tendo
Her father. He is the owner of the dojo Tendo and has made a pact with Sao Satome to marry one of his daughters with his friend's son, Ranma. Kasumi refuses and Nabiki does the same. Only left, Akane is forced to be engaged to Ranma. Her father has said before that Kasumi is taken granted by her family because of her kind and compassionate personality and because she never once complains about her works. Soun Tendo is also an emotional man and he loves his family.

Nabiki Tendo
Her sister. She is the middle sister and is known for her malicious schemes. She is money-hungry and even sells pictures of her sister Akane. The two sisters obviously like each other and they have never fought, due to the kind Kasumi.

Akane Tendo
She is the youngest sister and is the one chosen to marry Ranma. If compared to her sister Kasumi, the words 'water and fire' come in mind. The two sisters could not be any more different: Kasumi knows how to cook well, cleans and her comportment is the one of a young woman; Akane cooks terribly and is known at school as a tomboy. But this does not change their relationship as sisters. Kasumi often heals the bruises of her young sister, after her fights.

Ranma Saotome
Ranma is the fiancee, willingly or not, of Akane Tendo. As she does with her sister, Kasumi heals the bruises of Ranma. She cares about everyone who lives under the house and at the arrival of Ranma and his father, she has to take care of two more people but does not complain.

Dr. Oun Tofu
Oblivious to her, the doctor Tofu whom she considers as a friend, loves her. He is the local doctor of the town and is respected in the community. Intelligent and assured, he looses his mind when Kasumi is in sight. His glasses get blurry and he can injured his patients in this state. He has also been seen dancing with his skeleton Betty, in the market. We never have evidence that she loves him back but one thing is certain, he has a major crush on Kasumi Tendo.
