Our meet and assist service includes welcoming guests
upon arrival and departure, assistance with baggage claim
and escort to appropriate ground transportation. In the event
of flight delay/cancellation our meet and assist service can
arrange alternative reservations, ensure protection of down-line
reservations, reconfirm/cancel hotel reservations and call
ahead to inform of change in traveller's plans.

Advice
Bunson Travel Counsellors offer their travellers with
valuable information on health and vaccination requirements
of a particular destination. We also provide information on
airport closures, flight delays and cancellations and natural
calamities as well as assist our travellers in case of loss
of ticket/luggage.

7 days a week to deal with any travel related emergencies.
