Saturn
Saturn is another large planet very like Jupiter. It is also covered in a sea of liquid hydrogen.

Saturn is very beautiful to look at. It is surrounded by a pattern of coloured rings, about 600,00km across. The rings are made up of chunks of ice. They were photographed by a spacecraft called Voyager 1.  Saturn's ring are made of water, ice and rock.

                      The cloud-top temperature ranges around --- 300oF (-200oC).

Saturn rotates 10 hours 13 minutes 59 seconds and orbits the Sun 29.46 years with speed at 9.64km per second. Its gravity is 1.16 times Earth's gravity.
