Personal Progress Journal - End of Week 5
I feel really great.  I lost 12 lbs despite the fact I took a business trip to Munich, Germany where food is generally very fatty and salty.  At a weight loss rate of 2 1/2 lbs a week, I am pretty close on target.  My body fat has shown good improvement as well.

My blood pressure is already back to normal (115/75) without medication.  (I had been taking Verapamil 180mg Sr Caps, one per day).

My energy level is very good.  I don't feel sleepy in the afternoons anymore.

By seeing my Max Muscle trainer weekly, I am learning how to get my weight down.  I have noticed that my entire family's diet and exercise habits have improved.
