Personal Progress Journal - End of Week 24
I finished the spin-a-thon.  I felt like I had enough energy left to do a third 45-minute session, but I wanted to take advantage of the nice day and took a hike with the family.

It looks like MaxPro, Max High-5, Max Complete Vitamins, Max Lean and Max Glutamine are doing their job well.  Continuing on a safe 2 lbs per week fat loss, I have already far exceeded my original goal.  I have now lost 48 lbs and cut my body fat nearly by two and a quarter.  I will go for a physical in two weeks.  I feel fully refreshed getting up at 4:30 in the morning, eating breakfast, going to a spin class at 5:30am.  Afterwards, I head into work an hour early and get loads of things done.  I have plenty of energy, which carries me through the day, especially the afternoon.  On some days, I lift weights for lunch.  On other days, I go in for another spin class at 5:40pm.  I have enough energy to eat dinner, give my kids a bath, read them a bedtime story and still have quality time with my wife afterwards.  Our relationship has really improved since I've taken the fat off.

Some people have asked me since I look so good now, do I think I can keep it off permanently?  Go back to where I was before?  I say no way.  I'm having too much fun with my new lifestyle to ever go back or even consider it.  People often ask if I had intense cravings for some of the bad foods that led me to where I was before.  I tell them that I can eat anything I want.  Of course what has really changed is what I want.  I might have a special food once in a while, but it won't be a regular thing.

Another question that often comes up is do I remember what it's like to be fat?  Truthfully, that was a long time ago for me.  I know I did not like it and prefer the way the way I am now.  How does my MaxFormation diet differ from others that I have been on?  With previous diets, I was always hungry and lacked energy.  After the diets, I always lost a lot of muscle.  This time it's truly different.  I'm not starving, I've not lost muscle and I think its for life.
