Supplements
During my MaxFormation, I took the following supplements:

1) Max Complete Vitamins - 3 at breakfast and 3 for lunch
2) Max Pro - As needed to complete protein requirements.  Usually 2 scoops in 20 oz water
    as the last snack for the evening.
3) Max High-5 as an alternative to Max Pro.
4) Max Glutamine - 1 tablespoon before bedtime in the above shake.
5) Max Thermo Burn - one cap at breakfast and one cap at lunch on low calorie days.
5) Max Lean - two caps at breakfast and two caps at lunch after Thermo Burn was used up.
6) Max Lean PM - two caps at night near the end of my program.
During my Muscle building phase, I am taking the following supplements:

1) Max Complete Vitamins - 3 at breakfast and 3 at night time
2) Max Pro - As needed to complete protein requirements.
3) Max Glutamine - one scoop at night
4) Max Creatine - one scoop before workout
5) Max GH - two squirts in the morning and two in the evening
