My Mobile RV Ham Shack
Becoming a "full timer" has always a dream of mine.  Alot of planning, saving, and looking for the right RV was done before starting.  Some people have asked me how do you make a living on the road?  Well that is a simple answer, flea markets, eBay, and work camping are all ways of making money while enjoying the "free life".  What is work camping you make ask?  That's a simple answer too!  You work where you camp, plain and simple.  Most campgrounds and other businesses are always looking for extra help.  You can strike a deal for camping and a little pay for your time, it does work out great for both you and the company you are helping!

Amateur radio on the road can be quite the experience also.  There are alot of things to overcome!  The biggest of these is the "antenna farm"!  Unlike a person who lives in a home, a "mobile antenna farm" is a must.  I have designed my own "mobile antenna farm" that has caught the eye of many a person.  Look for the photos and plans in the Projects & Fun Stuff section of my homepage.  This can be used for field day activities even if you don't RV!
