How Do I Sell My Items ?
Give us a call at (954)943-7942 or email us at [email protected], and we'll schedule an appointment for us to come to you and take photos of your item (usually takes about 15 minutes) and create a base price and description. We take it from there. Your items are listed on a variety of e-commerce sites and the sales and payment transactions are handled by us.
How Do I Ship My Item ?
Once your item sells, we provide you with a shipping label for your item. You then take the package to one of our authorized shipping locations and they will ship (and optionally pack) your item for you. If you prefer, you can call us and we will come to you and take your item to a shipping location where it will be packed and shipped.
How Do I Get Paid ?
Once your item has been received by the customer, we will send you a check.
Can I Do Anything to Reduce the Commission Rates ?
Actually, yes. If you prefer to take the digital photos yourself. We have a web site where you can upload the photos, description, and price to our web server. If you choose to list your products in this manner then we chop 5% off our commission schedule.

What Happens If My Item Doesn't Sell ?
If after the initial round of auctions your item doesn't sell we may elect to re-list it on a select set of sites. If it still does not sell, or if we choose not to re-list the item you can call us and we can arrange for you to donate your items to a charity service such as Goodwill or the Salvation Army.
