LIFE OR DEATH
The question is not,
is it right or wrong, is it lawful or unlawful.
The question is, does it generate
life, or does it remain dead?
Does it edify and build you up in the
faith?
(1Cor. 6:12; 10:23; 2Cor. 3:6).
Isaiah 64:6 says;
"All our righteousness
is as filthy rags."
The Hebrew word for
filthy is 'ed.
It means menstrual flux or menstrual flow.
A menstrual flow is the remains of dead
seeds.
A woman's ovary is filled with seed,
that is waiting to be fertilized by the
male sperm to give life.
When it is not fertilized, the seed turns
to blood,
and becomes a menstrual flow.
Isaiah is saying,
the best the human race can do is as dead
blood.
The best we do cannot generate life,
no matter how much or how hard we try.
The blood of Christ is life and life everlasting.
In Christianity,
it is not a matter of right or wrong but
of life or death.
Whatever you do,
does it generate life or does it end in
death.
Is it of God, or is it of the flesh?

Some things that we consider not wrong,
do not generate life,
and so end in defeat, dying and death.
Some of the things that we feel,
(we should not go by our feelings),
we are doing for God,
are really done in the energy of the flesh,
and by our own desires.
We say it is for God's
glory,
but it is really what we want and not
what God wants.
What is God's will is known when we wait
upon Him.
Waiting is the essence of faith.
Many do not wait and do what they want
to do,
feeling they are doing it for God,
when in reality they are fulfilling their
own desire,
and for their own glory.
Christians
who go by feelings,
and emphesizes works, are proud
and judgmental,
Quick to get angry and into arguments.
They feel they
have a project or a vision,
which becomes more important,
than the people whom they should be edifying.
They are building God's church as an organization,
and not as an organism.
They stress on numbers and not spirituality,
and this does not generate life.
It may look good on the outside but are
empty inside.
We
adhere to the true guidance of God,
according to the Word of God,
and the Spirit of God will bring it to
pass,
as we wait on Him to open the doors.
It is good or evil, or right or wrong
by the Word of God rightly divided,
then we have allowed God to be the head
of the church.
This will generate abundantly,
in each of us.
Too many people are making their decisions
by how they feel.
They think they know what is right or
wrong,
apart from the Word of God,
and are become many gods,
who are acting like God,
in their own mind.
