Dear friend,
Taijiquan is a beautiful sport that I have been enjoying since I took up in September 1996. It is a sport that you must like it , must take it seriously and  must find time to practice.
Taijiquan is a routine exercise which is slow in motion & smooth in transition.
Taijiquan help to balance the 'ying' and 'yang'  to your body.  Once the 'Chi' circulating, I find myself to be more agile , attentive, calm and relax.
I begin to notice that there are more teenaged and younger middle-aged friends taking up this sport. This is very encouraging .The younger you take up this sport , the better you are as there are a few difficult steps in Taijiquan that the younger one can do it better. (example:- 'Xai-Shi' and 'Deng-Jiao')

10. Taiji Two-person sparring  (Tai Ji Dui Lian)
11. Chen-style Taijiquan ( Lao Jia Yi Lu )
