I�ve been with CDL now for just over a year and I am enjoying it a lot, apart from the time I spend travelling (this isn�t because most of this time is spent with Justine in case you wondered!).
As 1 of 2 Project Managers in the company I�ve had a variety of projects to manage. I started the year off managing a project to produce a website for a CDL client. You can have a look at it at www.motorquotedirect.co.uk. It�s simple and is quite successful in what it is supposed to do which is sell insurance.
I then moved on to project managing the office move to a new building. This started off as a small project but ended up lasting 6 months due to technical communication problems.
I�ve now moved on to a project to develop a new system using the latest technology, which will replace the system CDL have been selling for the last 20 years.
Over the year whilst doing the projects above I�ve also been working on smaller projects for clients like HSBC and Lloyds TSB |
