Well heres a pic of me in football obviously.  My junior Year. I'm huge.  I love it.  I love looking tough and cool.

Junior Prom with Nina Davis.  I can remember the day that i actually called Nina to go to prom.  I think I paced the upstairs hallway for about 30 minutes before actually getting up the courage to ask the girl to the Prom.  I really didn't care to date her.  I just thought it would be cool to go to prom with someone other than MYSELF.  We had been friends back in Grade School.  then she left for some reason.  Then one day she came back to West Side.  Never really talked to each other, but hit it off when i called her on the phone.  So i ask her to prom on the phone and shes like Sure Great, but i have a boyfriend thats in college and goes to Purdue.  Okay... why in the world are you going out with a punk like myself and not your boyfriend.  Sympathy or what.  So anyways we had plans to go eat somewhere with another couple (will remain anonymous to protect the guilty) backed out on the reservations at the last minute.  Go figure.  So we went to this place alone.  Now prom was cool and all that jazz, but then afterprom happened and we just sort of split up.  And she went with her friends to the Dunes to have fun.  No thought of inviting me.  Gee thanks.  all well just the first of many let downs.

Here's a picture of me at the sectional's meet my senior year.  Look at those arms.  Man i'm huge.  I Can remember the match so vivedly.  The kid was a freshman that was supposed to be in the 215 class for JV, but there heavyweight was so terrible that they bumped him up to varsity.  The guy was very strong. I faced the guy the Thursday before that match and it came down to me having to pin him for the team to win.  Unfortunately I schooled him.  I only one by points.  It was saddening.  But i got my revenge during this match.  I remember getting off balance at one time or another, so i kept going backwards hoping to bring him with me and flip hiim over with my leg.  Which i did.  But i ended up kicking him in the balls.  He had to take a couple minutes to regain his composure.  After that i pinned him in No time.  BOOYA!

This was Spring Formal. I thought it was fun but Lindsay (the person standing infront of me) didn't seem to think it was fun after we left Walmart.  This whole dance was doomed from the beginning.  I was in the school musical at this time and we were singing a lot to get prepared for the upcoming perfomance the next week.  At least thats what I claim what happened to my voice that evening.  Two days before the dance my voice started giving out.  By the time saturday morning happened i couldn't say a sentence without cracking.  Talk about perfect time for puberty to take place.  Even the waitress made fun of me when i tried ordering my food.. Which i couldn't even say what I wanted becuase i kept cracking my voice.  So on the way home Eileen's (the other girl just tagging along with Greg the other guy) strap broke in the back of my pimp mobile.  So we had to make a quick run home to Eileen's house so her mom could so the strap back on.  So with that all done we were still going to end up being early to the dance which is a big NO NO.  So off to Wal-Mart we went.  Greg and I went to the toys.. and the girls for some odd reason went to fabrics.  We figured they were just ignoring us.  Perfect time to have a plan.  I told greg to buy silly string so we can spray out dates in the car when the get strapped in to go to the dance.  So he hands me the silly string and we shake it up before we get into the car.  Both of us are in the front seat (girls are weird) and we spray them.  No luckily Eileen was behind me.  She thought it was hilarious.  Unfortunately Lindsay on the other hand didn't.  All well.  Note to Janice.  if you look in the back seat you may still see some Hot Green marks on the seat.  Oops.  I still thought it was hilarious.  So we get to the dance.. and Greg with his vest becomes pimp magnet.

Senior Prom.  Lets count them all.
Top Row: Jon Weber, Micah Davis, Craig Smolen, Josh Milligan, Nick Cattin, Adam Lorenz, Ryan Umbeck
Bottom Row: K-Man, Mie Oiharra Marisa Indelicatto, Shoko _____, Katie Griffin, Theresal Pradilla, Lindsey Keazer, Mindy Thacker, Laurie Saviano, Jessica Zweir, Eric Hong.
Thats right 18 people in one group.  Thats quite the change from last years prom where it was just ME.  Let me tell you reservations for 18 people aren't fun. Especially when you have to break up the groups since there isn't a table big enough to seat 18 people.

This would be the pick of the men alone.

Well this picture abviously happened at prom.  But its strange if you look at the clock its 3 o clock and then goes straight to 9 o clock.  Weird way of telling time.  Somebody from Harrison must have made it or something.  Anyways.  I can remember the day it was official that we were going to go out to the prom.  We had been passing each other in the hallways on our way to class and for some odd reason i kept calling her Shoko.  But anyways.  It was one week after the Spring formal (which if you read the commentary above would have realized it was the Weekend of the Musical (Children of Eden).  The Day before opening night my Gma Decided to leave this planet.  So during the whole musical I am showing no emotions (but do i ever have any emotions?) becuase my gma died the day before.  Which i thank the many people that gave me cards during that time.  Anyways, after the whole thing i'm just sort of bummed that my gma died.. and Olaf Larson asks me if i'm going to prom.  And i'm like.  umm not at the moment.  Then hes like oh okay.  Then he leaves.  So i figure hes obviously running an errand for some lady out in the hallway.  So i come out with my costume and makeup on.  And there is Mie ready to pop the question.  Hey Kevin do you want to go to prom.  Obviously i said yes without hesitation.  Partly becuase i didn't want to have to pace for another thirt minutes on my second floor hallway of my house, desperation of not actually finding someone to go with, but more importantly she was a cool girl to get to know and hang out with.  One of the bravest girls i know.  She was a foreign exchange student from Japan.

I found some pictures while cleaning up my room.  These were taken at Mie's host families house. I don't even remember her giving these to me.  go figure.

Graduation was upon us.  The four Amigos  Josh Milligan, Eric Jonas, Ryan Umbeck, and K-man

Dude i look like a blimp.  I can remember Mr. Iikubo making fun of how huge i was in it.  This would be my good buddy Eric.  Its one of many pictures with just the two of us.  We grew up knowing each other.  So in essense he was the brother i never had.

This would be a picture of me and Amy Maxwell at Window Rock in Arizona during one of the mission trips. The place is absolutely beautiful.  I wish i could go back and just live there for a couple of months and be inspired by the beauty and write music.

This would be the white water rafting group.  I really didn't want the old guy (tour guide) to be in the picture.  But i guess its nice to beable to go back and know what he looked like.  There is Jessica Zweir, Stacy ____ , Nick Cattin, K-man, Amy Maxwell, and Tour Guide man.  We were missing some other girl but I forget her name... its been a while.  So basically if there was any paddeling to be done, it was done by me and Nick.  The brut force.  The girls were obviously too petite to actually do any real harm.   But don't let them know i said that.  One thing that was really cool about the rafting was that at the end there was this long stretch of calm safe water that you could just float and go down stream fairly quickly.  Well Stacy and the other girls decided to stay in the raft at that time.  So the Tour Guide man yelled that we needed to get back into the raft.  Well, it was really hard to have the ability to stop.  You basically had to Swim in the direction of the boat while still going the majority backwards in hope that the boat would come closer.  That was happening for Jessica.  So i had to Grab her and try to dig my foot into the ground to hold the both of us stationary.  In hopes the boat would come right for us.  Thankfully it did.  By the time they got to us, i only had my big toe in the sand below trying to hold us.  I don't think i could have regained control after that with the both of our weights.. mainly mine since i'm such a whale.  Now to get on the raft you had to basically lift your self over something that is a foot taller than your head.  Jessica had no problem.. but they had the whole crew trying to pull me in by my legs swuimsuits arms and head.  It was a great experience.

Well that wraps up my High school life.  There might be more pictures later... but who will really ever know.
