| The next morning Magdalena and Kevin were back in their room, lying in bed. They were lying face to face, letting their hands roam each other's bodies. Magdalena's face lit up as she felt Kevin's hand slide up and down her back. "So what happens now?" Magdalena said softly. "Was last night just last night?" "No, it wasn't. It was something that was bound to happen. I feel this is a sign that you're supposed to be in my life forever." "Forever?" Magdalena said in a questionable manner. She did have very strong feelings for Kevin, but never quite imagined having this type of man in her life eternally. She thought she was cursed to be with men that abused her and didn't fully appreciate her. But Kevin wasn't like any of those men. Kevin took Magdalena for granted one time, and broke up with her because he didn't think that he would have enough time for her. But now Kevin wanted to make time for her. He wanted to be with her for the rest of his life. "Yeah, I mean when we broke up. I thought that it was doing the right thing. I thought that I would find someone else, and move on with my life. But over the years, the women I was with didn't compare to you. You're like my soul mate. You complete me somehow. Ever since I've been with you, you've made me appreciate the little things in my life." Kevin said. Magdalena then felt tears build up because no one ever said anything like that to her. No one has ever opened their heart up to her like Kevin has, and she knew she could do the same thing to her. A single tear began rolled down Magdalena's face, and Kevin wiped it away. He kissed Magdalena gently on her lips and was about to make love to her again, when the phone rang. Kevin answered and got some surprising news. "Are you serious? Oh my god. I'll be down there in a few minutes!" Kevin said. He sprung out of bed and ran into the bathroom to start the shower. "What was that all about?" Magdalena asked. "An old friend of mine is downstairs waiting for me. I can't believe she found out where I was staying." "She? This old friend is a woman?" Magdalena asked, as she got out of the bed and into the bathroom, with the sheets wrapped around her. Kevin insisted that Magdalena come downstairs with him so he could introduce her to his friend. Magdalena was indeed curious on who the mystery person was, and wanted to see who the person was. "So come in this shower and join me?" Kevin said as he made Magdalena drop the sheets. Magdalena giggled and said that he needed to concentrate on the shower. Kevin only dragged Magdalena into the shower with him, and said "we're going to take a shower all right? Just not the conventional one you take every day." After making love in the shower, Kevin and Magdalena got dressed. They walked downstairs into the hotel lobby and Magdalena noticed a young red head woman standing by the door. Magdalena felt a little intimidated because the woman was stunning. She seemed to have the type of confidence that Magdalena lacked. The girl was dressed in dark blue leather pants, with a black tube top, and a tongue ring. While Magdalena was dressed down in some jeans and a short baby blue t-shirt. Plus to make things worse, the woman had the most piercing blue eyes imaginable. The woman ran over and kissed Kevin swiftly. "Kevin Richardson, how come you didn't call me when you arrived in town last night?" The girl asked. Kevin was about to respond when Magdalena cleared her throat. The girl looked over Kevin's shoulder and noticed Magdalena standing there with an angry look on her face. "Oh Kevin, introduce me to your little friend." The girl said. Kevin held Magdalena's hand and faced the girl. "Magdalena, I want you to meet Alexis. Alexis this is Magdalena." Alexis and Magdalena waved at each other, and gave each other a dirty look Magdalena seemed to feel like Alexis was involved with Kevin at some point in time, yet didn't want to say anything. "So what are you doing today, because I want to spend the day with you." Alexis said to Kevin. Kevin said that he had to go to a press conference in a few hours, but was free later that night. "Cool, so how about we go out for a dinner and to catch up on some things?" Alexis asked. Kevin didn't answer at first, because he wanted to spend some time with Magdalena. Kevin looked at Magdalena to see if he should go. "Is it okay that I leave you alone for the night?" Kevin whispered into Magdalena's ear. Magdalena said it was okay, and told Kevin to have fun. Alexis said she would pick Kevin up at seven thirty for dinner. After Alexis left Magdalena rolled her eyes and walked into the dinning hall for breakfast. Kevin followed her and asked her if something was wrong. "Oh it's nothing. I can just tell that Alexis is a snob." Magdalena said as she sat at a table near the window. Kevin sat down with her and asked her why Alexis was a snob. "She gave me this condescending look, whenever you introduced me. It's like she was an ex-girlfriend or something." "Actually I wouldn't call her that. I mean we were involved, but it wasn't a serious relationship." Kevin said. "Oh, it wasn't serious? Are we serious?" Magdalena asked. Kevin held Magdalena's hand and was about to answer, but Brian, Nick, and AJ walked over. AJ sat down next to Magdalena and hugged her. Nick and Brian decided to sit next to Kevin. AJ said he needed to talk to Magdalena about something important, while Nick, Brian and Kevin discussed the schedule for that day. AJ and Magdalena walked outside the dining area and sat in the lobby. "So what's so important?" Magdalena asked. "You know what I want to know. Did you screw him?" AJ asked. Magdalena slapped AJ hard across the back of his head. "What? So it didn't happen?" AJ said. "What kind of question is that? I mean something did happen last night, but I didn't SCREW him Alexander. And something happened last night that is hard to explain. I mean...." Suddenly AJ saw Kevin, Brian, and Nick walk out the dining area and were preparing to walk towards them. "Look you can tell me the rest later. We'll have dinner at this small cafe. Is that a deal?" AJ said. Magdalena agreed. Brian then told AJ that he needed to go so the boys could do a quick radio interview. AJ then said good-bye to Magdalena and walked to the elevator with Brian and Nick. Kevin then gave Magdalena a hug, and kissed the top of her head. "You think you're going to be okay with running around with us? I mean you'll be in a bus or a van most of the day." Kevin said. "I think I'll be able to handle it." Magdalena responded in a soft tone. The two then went into another elevator and went back upstairs. Throughout the day, the boys went through two press conferences and went through countless interviews. Finally when they arrived back at their hotels, the guys just wanted to rest. But some of them had other plans for the night. Back in their hotel room, Kevin was getting ready to have dinner with Alexis, while Magdalena was preparing for a night of fun herself. Kevin was in the bathroom spraying some cologne, and he noticed Magdalena dressed in a short white shirt, a short black shirt, with matching black go-go boots to match. Kevin smiled, as he liked how Magdalena showed off her body, and that she wasn't afraid to be comfortable with herself. Kevin then walked over and kissed Magdalena on her neck. Magdalena closed her eyes, and inhaled the smell of Kevin. She recognized the cologne he was wearing. She remember buying Kevin the cologne years ago for a birthday gift to him. Magdalena turned around and kissed Kevin passionately. Kevin's hand drifted up Magdalena's shirt and Magdalena stopped him. "You're going to be late for your DATE with Alexis!" Magdalena said trying to be sarcastic. Kevin chuckled and disregarded the tone in Magdalena's voice. He then asked Magdalena what were her plans for the night. "Oh, I'm just going to a small club with AJ." She said. Kevin winced a little at what Magdalena said, but knew that Magdalena truly wanted to be with him and not AJ. Magdalena and Kevin walked downstairs together, and walked down the elevator to greet their dates in the lobby. Magdalena saw Kevin walk out the hotel with Alexis, and she sat and waited for AJ. She thought about how Alexis looked and thought about how Kevin and her would have made a nice couple. She wanted to believe that they were just friends, but they were some chemistry between them. As she was thinking she felt a hand touch her shoulder. She turned and it was AJ, standing there dressed in all black. "Hey Maggie, you ready to go?" AJ asked. Throughout the night while AJ and Magdalena were sitting in the cafe, Magdalena seemed off in a distant world. She just kept thinking about what Kevin and Alexis might be doing. AJ noticed how Magdalena was acting and asked if she was okay. "You've been quiet all night? Is something wrong?" He asked. "I'm just thinking about last night. I just want to know if it really meant something to Kevin. I just don't want to be another one of the many women he's been with." Magdalena said. "Kevin cares about you. I can tell. I mean ever since you've moved in with him, I can see that he's a lot happier. But I can tell you're insecure because of Alexis." "I am not insecure." Magdalena said. "I'm just a little worried that she's after Kevin." Magdalena said softly. "Look, you don't have to worry about Alexis. I mean she's a beautiful woman, but trust me those two aren't a couple. They use to date off and on every time we came to Europe, but ultimately they decided to become friends. Although those two use to be all over each other all the time..." AJ said just before Magdalena started to feel hurt. He saw the hurt in her eyes, and started to change the subject. "Hey, it's kind of boring in here. How about you and me go to this club that I know, and we'll get your mind off of him." AJ said. They both took the metro and arrived at this club called Crimson Rhapsody. They danced most of the night, and had a great time. For the first time in a long time, Magdalena enjoyed being at a club. She worked in one for so long, she forgot what it was like to go out on a dance floor and just let loose. After dancing for twenty minutes, the two sat at a private booth and talked. As the two were talking, Kevin and Alexis walked into the club. It was like a ritual for them to always go to a nightclub and dance until three in the morning. The DJ was playing "Untitled (How does it feel)" By D'Angelo, and Kevin and Alexis walked on the dance floor. As the two were dancing, Kevin noticed Magdalena sitting by the bar with AJ. He wanted to walk over to say hi, but Alexis pulled him away to dance. Magdalena looked and noticed Kevin and Alexis dancing and sighed. AJ noticed Magdalena groaning over Kevin and moved closer towards her. "Look Magdalena. Kevin is stupid not to claim you as his girl. I mean you're smart, you're gorgeous, and if it'll make you feel better I'd jump your bones in a second." Just before Magdalena could react by slapping AJ she saw Alexis leaning in to kiss Kevin, she gasped. She pulled AJ away from the booth, and the two of them left the club. Kevin pulled away just before he could kiss Alexis. "Kevin, what's wrong? Come on; don't tell me you're not attracted to me anymore." Alexis said. "Let's just say my heart belongs to someone else." Kevin said just before escorting Alexis out of the club. It was around one when Kevin and Alexis walked into the lobby of the hotel. Alexis kissed Kevin on his cheek and agreed to call him tomorrow afternoon. Kevin walked into his hotel room, and saw Magdalena lying in bed asleep. He didn't change for bed, but instead sat in a small chair by the bed and watched Magdalena sleep. He saw how innocent and pure she looked. That's what he liked about her the most, her natural beauty. |
