Keulco warrants that new equipment
delivered to the purchaser shall be free from defects in material and
workmanship under recommended use.
Keulco's obligation under this warranty is
limited to repairing or replacing, at our discretion, any part or parts
that are in our opinion, defective when returned, shipping prepaid, within
thirty days of notifying Keulco of the defect.
This warranty shall not apply to any
equipment that has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration, or
accident, or that have been repaired with parts other than those obtained
from Keulco.
Keulco shall not be liable for injuries or
damages of any kind as a result of the use of this equipment.
Keulco reserves the right to make
improvements in design or changes in specifications at any time without
any obligation to the owners of units previously sold. |
