Piper's Pedigree

Piper is a wonderful Border Collie all around. She is very versatile...going from catching frisbees, fetching balls, playing flyball to being constant companion and best friend to us and especially our son, sleeping with him at night and keeping him company wherever he goes.

Piper came to us from Wildblue Border Collies and we can’t thank Deanne Veselka enough for letting us have this amazing girl. Her sire was the beautiful CH Korella Blue Thunder and her dam is CH Korella Wind Dancer...both truly gorgeous dogs and fine examples of the best Border Collies out there. And Piper is a superb combination of them both.

We couldn't be more pleased with Piper. She's got beautiful side gait, a gorgeous head, natural ears, long tail, very sound all around, an absolute pure pleasure. Piper was my first Border Collie for conformation and she was a wonderful girl to help me learn the ropes of handling. She was shown a very limited number of times when we lived in Nebraska and finished her title easily in September, 2004, shortly after we moved to North Carolina. In late 2003 Piper went back to her breeder to produce a litter with CH Kybota Wildblue Rhythm. We kept a gorgeous boy, Cole, CH Wildblue Days of Thunder, you can see photos and more information on Cole on his page.

On August 17, 2006 Piper gave us our first litter...6 beautiful babies, 3 boys and 3 girls. You can see them on our ‘litters’ page.

2007, Piper is now retired from showing and has been spayed. She is enjoying the simple life and continues to love frisbee and daily walks on the trail to our lake.
