A non-refundable deposit of
€100 per week is required to confirm a booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A confirmation of booking will be issued upon receipt of deposit and final directions and instructions regarding the cottage will be sent upon receipt of final payment.
If you wish to cancel at a later date, you must notify me in writing immediately and receive confirmation that I have received your notification. A refund of the deposit to the amount of
€50 per week will be made, provided I am able to rent the cottage for that period. If full payment has been made, the refund will be all but
€25 per week if I am able to rent the cottage for the period in question. If I am unable to rent the cottage for the period, no refund will be made.
Holidaymakers are advised to take out appropriate
accommodation insurance.
The number of people using the holiday cottage shall not exceed the maximum i.e. 8. The owner is entitled to ask you to leave, with no refund of monies, if this condition is broken.
The holidaymaker will be responsible for all damage or loss, which occurs to the property or its contents during occupation and is also responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the property owner.
The owner is not responsible for the loss of valuables or property left
in the accommodation after departure. You should not arrive at the cottage before 4pm on the hire date and leave before 11am on the last day of your rental so that the caretaker will have time to clean and check the cottage before the next arrival.
If you are not satisfied with some aspect of the accommodations, you should notify me as soon as possible. I will undertake to solve the problem as soon as is reasonable.
The property owner shall be allowed access to the holiday property at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy.
