So you like Sakura Central enough that you want to affiliate with me? Cool! ^_^ Just make sure your site follows the requirements.1. Your website must be anime related. You'll have a better chance if it is a CCS site, but that's not a must. Any type of anime site is allowed.
2. Absolutely NO hentai, porn, or any other inappropriate content or links to any such content. NO EXCEPTIONS!
3. Try to have as few pop-up ads as possible. I know that it's hard with so many people using free hosts, just as long as they're not excessive(*cough* Tripod)
4. However, pop-ups asking me to vote for you will really annoy me and will most likely get your site rejected. Remember, I said "most likely," but you better have a good site to make up for it.
5. Your site must have a decent amount of content. At least 15 pages is a reasonable amount. Sorry, no beginning sites. That's what the Links section is for.
6. Absolutely NO stolen content. Any borrowed content must be credited somewhere on your site.
7. I'd ask that you please put my site's button on your site in your next update. Preferably in an Affiliates section since yours will be.
