After getting the projector to fit into the housing [without falling apart] was complete, I had to fiddle a bit with the housing. This stage wasn't too difficult. The only hangup was getting the lamp cover to fit over the projector and high beam shield without a huge gap.

I had to sand the lamp cover so that it would be wide enough for the projector to fit into it.
