i created this page to help us keep track of where our CJs are and when they need to be mailed. for privacy's sake i've posted only our twopeas names here.
the rotation is:

you mail to the person below you; liedkesluckylady mails to scrapoutofit. always mail to the same person. we'll try to aim for mailing the journal out every 3 weeks for now.

now would be a good time to start thinking about what kind of album and theme you want to have. here are some tentative dates. i don't know who's on a quarter system and who's on a semester system. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOUR FINALS ARE so i can adjust the dates accordingly. i have finals during the last week of october. i don't really want to push the date back just for me, so i'll try and finish anyway, but if anyone else has finals then, let me know and i'll add a week or so extra. also, do y'all want more time during november (thanksgiving)? so anyway, the dates (so far) are:

8/10 - CJs completed and mailed to the person below you on the list. (that gives us a little more than 3 weeks to make them)
8/11-8/31: recieve, scrap, and mail your first CJ.

not like i think this is gonna be a huge problem, but some ground rules:

take care of others' journals. if you smoke, don't do it in the room you're keeping the journal in, etc. we're all putting a lot of time into this... it would suck if they got ruined/yucky.
package carefully when you mail to ensure they'll get back to the owner intact.
if for some reason you can't finish a journal on time, let me know so we're all not wondering where the journal is. &*%# happens, so just tell us if you have to be late.

again, not like i think this stuff will be a problem but i just had to put it b/c of all the horror stories i've heard.

let me know if you have questions/comments/suggestions... since this is my 1st CJ, i've got a lot to learn. i'm so excited to finally get this started! =) happy scrapping!
