Besides happy, I feel this aura of calmness that envelopes me and allows me to think cleary.
Perhaps more cleary then the entire past of my life.
Morning, nothing interesting, I shall skip it. Just to save space.
Afternoon, went to the gym. On my way there, I received a message from Shaupei- a male friend. He asked me have I applied for Polytechnic. I replied "No, I am going to study to be a personal trainer after I ORD". I also sent a message that I am at the gym and I will message him later. His reply to my last message was "GOOD".
Workout. Worked on the triceps and Deltoids. Trainer Benedict showed me some new exercises and suggested that I get wraps to help with my grip. As for small talk, I told him about the e-mail I sent to Phuilan that involves a dream where we Phuilan and I were married and very happy together. I also asked him whether this guy whom I saw regularly was Japanese. He said he was not Japanese but a Singaporean. He also said that he is very strong and he takes Steroids. I said Steroids a bit too loudly and he immediately told me not to say it so loud. He also said that it was possible to see if someone was taking steroids. After the weights workout. I did cardio- 7.5KM/H, 20Mins and no incline. It ain't easy but I am glad I finished it. Told him I did 7.5 shortly afterwards, he was busy as usual training another client.
Went to have lunch at the nearby food court, quite a lot of people but found a place to sit easily. I had chicken rice set meal as usual, white chicken sans skins. Had Ice Lemon Tea to drink. Did not feel as lonely as the last few times as I chose to associate people as just people. And not galleries of pictures that just show I am all by myself.
Then I went to The Shaw Building- Lido where I met Alex Chian with a purple cap on waiting for his girlfriend. I recognized him first and he asked me why was I here. I replied that I went to the gym then come here to buy wraps. Then it is goodbye and see you tomorrow.
Went to the building connected to Shaw and to the Weider fitness shop. Did not have what I was looking for. Then asked how was his son. I was expecting just a "Fine". Then I will leave. But it turned into a bit of story telling mostly by Thomas. About how I had met them before. Buying gym machines from them and supplements way before they have these fitness shops. He told me that his son is really tall, a six-footer and very big and muscular. I said that I do recall that he was taller then him. His son and daughter now work for California Fitness Centers. His son manages the CFC(California Fitness Centers) in Korea and earns a 5-figure salary at an age before 30. He was sent there by his manager, due to his good hard working attitude by working overtime over work. His son life there is busy but easy. His daughter is in Sales and marketing. Not that much detail about his daughter but it was all about how good she is doing. He says the snow in Korea is 1meters in height. I asked him is snow really nice. He said it was not the first time he saw snow, he saw it in some other country which I cannot recall the name. Too much snow and wind yet very shiok. He says thank god it ain't 2meters tall. Then there is the bit about drinking Korean Beer while everyone in the joint was having coffee and some other non-alcoholic drink. He was stared at of course. He drank Korean beer mixed with virtually all other types of alcoholic drink. He was knocked out by that concoction. I, of course responded that I joined this gym and then the 8 years membership. I said that I will want to work out all my life so I joined. He asked me have I seen Augustine Lee there. I replied with a yes. But the other guy he mentioned I totally never heard and maybe seen him at all. Then almost reached the end of our conversation with "What a small world". As I saw some customers come in, I took the chance to said goodbye. He said goodbye and to take care, I said the same thing to him.
Then I went to see if Chian was still around and went home.
By the time I got home, it was 6PM and after a shower and helping my father with something. Then I listened to the Stella Ng CD and typed part of this entry. Stopped to have dinner and then after the carrot cake and potato soup dinner, I continued this entry to the sound of the Web Radio of Singapore's Yes933 Live Web Cast. Now, I shall end this entry with some thoughts.
