My info here and below:
Info needed Note that
red means required info:
1. Which fansubs
do you want? What format do you want?
Video or DVD?
Please write them in a list like this:
Example order:
Gaiden video
Senshuuraku DVD
Program book CDf
2. The default casing for cds/dvds are paper sleeves.
If you need otherwise, let me know. Do you want labels?
(Note, in one case, labels caused the dvd to not play right. It's
a free service, so it's your choice)
3. Your address?
4. Your method of
payment (money order, paypal.com, something
else? Cash is accepted, but be warned that it's easy to lose since it's
not trackable. I lost 100 dollars myself sending cash by mail, so
it's not a good idea
If sending a money order (most people
use western union or postal money orders) or cash, please include your
e-mail
and order,
thanks. Remember to fill out and sign your money order. (if
the postal worker runs off with your cash, I'm not responsible, so I don't
recommend sending cash)
5. If you want me to calculate shipping, I'll need
to know at least your zip code at least.
I calculate all my shipping fees based on weight. I use the official
United states post office's website's shipping fee calculator.
6. For people paying with paypal. Do
NOT write in a subject when sending a paypal payment, for some reason this
causes mail to end up in my junk mail folder. Just let paypal use
it's default subject.

E-mail Tips in general:
-
Golden Rule This is a tip for everyone who
doesn't get it, treat people right and they'll treat you write. Annoy
people or mess with them, and you'll receive shabby treatment. Remember
Sophocles said that the greatest sadness is to know that it is all one's
own fault.
-
Subject DO NOT
change the topic when sending payment by paypal, this causes hotmail to
JUNK MAIL your payment notice. I don't know why, but this always
happens. In other e-mails, however please
include in the Subject: Sera Myu
or seramyu
to avoid my junkmail filter, e-mails with no subject may receive no answer
at all (assumed to be spam). (This isn't set in stone, just don't put down
something that looks like a spammer wrote it, like if you want Vanny, just
put that in the subject)
-
Don't call me kenyuen1, that's what spammers
do, just Ken is fine
-
Context When replying to an e-mail, the proper
thing to do is to include the relevant parts of the old message, since
you can't expect your recepient to remember the content of the last letter.
-
Please don't send the same e-mail multiple
times within a short period of time. I'm a busy person with a real
life too, if I don't have time to answer your first e-mail then I probably
won't be able to answer your second one. (of course, if it's been
a week more more, definitely send again, stuff gets lost, it happens.)
