That's Peter Engle on the left; I'm at the podium. Pete and I co-chaired Operation Welcome Home. At the 1992 awards banquet of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber presented us with their "Chairman's Award" for our work on Operation Welcome Home.

 
 

In memory of LCpl Robert Guy Brown, KIA on Operation Texas on March 21, 1966. LCpl Brown had been the acting artillery FO for Echo Company, 2d Battalion, 4th Marines. He had just turned 19.  Semper Fi.
