How much is membership to a kEn's Gym?

We like all of our prospective members to come down to the Club and see the fantastic facilities available, allow us to meet you in person and giving you a chance to experience Next Generation first-hand before making a decision. In addition, due to the various membership categories that we offer, we feel it best to discuss which category will be best suited to your needs.

Is it possible to pay each time I use the Club?

It is possible to use the Club as a guest of a current member.However, it is not possible to just pay and use the Club. All current members are provided with complimentary VIP day passes for their guests which entitles them to use of the Club for one session.

Is there a minimum period for which I must join the Club?

There is a minimum subscription period of one month.

Is it possible to transfer my membership to another club?


It is possible, but we recommend that you speak with the Manager at the Club to discuss any additional costs that may occur.

Can I freeze my membership?

Your membership can be frozen for a minimum of 1 months and a maximum of 6 months.
Do kEn's Gyms offer Corporate memberships?
Yes. All of the kEn's Gyms offer Corporate Memberships, which provide reduced subscription rates for a minimum of 10 people from one organisation.

Will I receive an exercise programme when I join the Club?

Every member receives a gym induction and is assessed by one of our Fitness Instructors. A programme is then established to suit the individuals needs. Our exercise programmes are divided into three categories: -
1. Life Trak
2. Fit Trak 
3. Sport Trak
Every individual will be reassessed after a period to change and adapt the program as appropriate.

What are Life Trak, Fit Trak and Sport Trak?

These are exercise programs, specifically design to suit individual members exercise needs.
Life Trak  - Health related exercise and dietary advice to help body weight regulation and stress management. Ideally suited for individuals with a poor exercise history.

Fit Trak - Involves more advanced exercise techniques and specialist nutrition guidance. Ideally suited for individuals with a good exercise history and reasonable levels of fitness.
Sport Trak - A Physical training programme tailored to a specific sport, employing mental preparation techniques, nutritional recommendation and equipment selection. Suited to individuals wishing to train for a specific sport.

What are the rules and regulations regarding the Sauna & Steam Room ?

You are required to shower before and after use of these facilities. Swimming attire must be worn at all times. For further information please refer to the guidelines posted outside of these facilities.
