Opening Hours
The gym is open: 5:30.a.m. - 10:30 p.m.
Your Personal Fitness Program
When you have completed about 15 to 20 sessions, book in for a re-assessment,
when an instructor will monitor the improvements in your fitness
level and adjust your Program accordingly. Please take your Program
card out every time you visit the gym and before you begin your
work-out, as this helps us to monitor your progress and keep our
attendance records up to date. Please inform the instructor if you
cannot find your card.
Our instructors are highly qualified and experienced and we ask
you to follow their advice to get the maximum benefit from your
exercise Program. Should you feel your Program needs amending at
any time, do not hesitate to consult an instructor, as he or she
will be happy to devise a new Program to meet your needs.
Personal Training
From time to time everyone needs a little extra encouragement, so
why not consider personal training? This is available at Rs.1000.00
per month, just ask an instructor for more information.
Fitness Testing
This gives you the opportunity to measure your achievements and
see just how well you are doing. Ask an instructor for details.
Guests
Please let the gym staff know if you are bringing a guest to the
gym.
Also, please remember that guests must book an introductory session
before using the gym equipment.
Towels
Please bring a towel to place on the upholstery of weight-training
equipment and, as a courtesy to fellow members, wipe down the equipment
afterwards with the paper towels provided.
Clothing
Members and guests using the gym must be suitably attired in gym
shorts and T-shirts, leotards and tights etc. Training shoes must
be worn at all times.
Hygiene
In the interests of all members, we ask you to ensure that your
work-out kit is clean and, if necessary, kindly shower and use deodorant
before working out.
Food & Drink
Please make sure that you drink plenty of water during your work-out
- either bring your own water bottle or make use of the fountains
provided. No other types of drink, nor any food are permitted in
the gym.
