-There are over 1,600,000 Americans incarcerated today in the US Prison system. The taxpayers pay to house inmates incarcerated for many crimes. What people dont know is that the system has many public officials working for us that manipulate the system how they see fit (police, Courts and Judges, and Correctional Department officials). I believe that there are many other people who have been wrongfully convicted due to the bias and personal judgments of court, police, and government officials who are supposed to look at the facts of a case without involving there personal feelings.
-Prosecutors that knowingly suppress evidence of innocence or worse, fabricate false evidence for the sake of getting a conviction of the wrong person. Some remain in prison because prosecutors withheld favorable evidence or allowed fabricated testimony. Which is the case with my brother Kenneth Sniecinski. I am creating this site to make the public aware of the injustices that happen to people like my brother everyday, and to open a channel of support for my brother in hopes that we can seek justice and get him set free..
