Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon,
He thought himself greater than all!
He bragged of what he done,
And that he was "number one!"
He thought he was a god, yes, he did, oh, yeah!
Who was this guy tryin' to kid!
(pause)
Nebuchadnezzar disappeared from Babylon,
The people all wondered where he went!
He was found on his knees,
Eatin' grass, if you please!
The LORD had made a monkey out of him, oh, yeah!
But soon old king Nebby would give in!
Nebuchadnezzar praised the LORD in Babylon,
He gave thanks to the GOD on High!
No more is Neb insane,
On the throne again, he'll reign,
But he will not give glory to himself, oh, no!
He's lookin' to years of good health!
