Most of the time you�d see him
Wavin� his hand
And shakin� himself like Elvis
Or doin� a head stand

Happy the Clown was funny
He sure put on a show
The kids all laughed
When he jumped up and down
They really loved him so

Whatever you see him doin�
He sure had fun
He always would get you laughin�
Before his show was done

Happy would start a-dancin�
A-bouncin� to and fro
The kids would clap
And they�d yell for more

Why was this clown so special
Not like the rest
He wanted to please the children
