Toward the end of the second day on the road, the digital camera ran out of juice. The charger? In the other car, being shipped to St. Louis. At this point, we started using the film camera, but I haven't gotten around to getting those pictures developed yet. So.. these are the last of the pictures for now...
These campy little structures are the hallmark of this trip, which only got better the further we went along. I mean, really, what is that?
Also, another big thing: "Indian Artifacts." Every 20 miles or so, you'll see a sign.
So, if you're curious about the rest of the trip, we ended up in New Mexico, past Albuquerque, on the second night, spent the third night in Oklahoma City, and stayed the 4th right outside of St. Louis near the Six Flags. I'll put up pics from that part as soon as I get them. Or, if not, I'll put up pictures of the souveneirs I have from then...
