Hongyeh/Juisui Hot Springs
These two hot springs are located near Juisui. At both locations, the hot spring water is piped into a bath house. At Hong-yeh, private rooms are rented for 70 NT per half hour. At Juisui, there is also an open air pool.
Although, I probably wouldn't drive out of my way just to go to either of these hot springs. (I prefer foraging thru the jungle for natural hot springs, myself) It is worthwhile if you combine a vist here with some other activity. (Like white water rafting or hiking followed by a hot spring visit.)
If you are a Chinese tea fan, there are also many tea farms and shops in the area, which are mostly located just south of town on Route 9.
