Chingshui Cliffs
This is probably the most dramatic stretch of coast line in Taiwan. Shear cliffs tower thousands of feet above the water, with the road precariously notched into the side of the cliffs.
There are several designated places to park and take pictures here. Beach access is possible at the few areas where there is a sandy beach. Also, there are several new tunnels that have replaced the old cliff hanger road. The roads at these locations have been converted into scenic walk ways for tourists. |
