| Stuffed French Toast 8 oz crean cheese 1/2 cup orange marmalade 3/4 c walnuts (chopped) white bread cut 1" thick(texas toast) 4 eggs 1-1/4 c milk 1/4 cup Anniset pinch of salt Mix marmalade, cream cheese and walnuts. Make batter from milk, eggs, Anniset, salt. Trim the crust off the bread, stuff with the above mix, coat with batter and cook until both sides are golden brown. | Eggs Benedict with Broiled Grapefruit 2 eggs 1 c Hollandaise sauce (learn how) English muffins Canadian bacon 1 Pink Grapefruit 3 Tbs Br Sugar Hey, you know the drill for Benedict- Muffin, bacon, poached egg, sauce. Well, just broil the grapefruit half and top with brown sugar. |
| Eggs Sardou 1-1/2 c Artichoke Crap Dip (learn how) Eggs Hollandaise Split the dip into two "boats" - oval, shallow bowls - poached eggs on top covered with Hollandaise |
| Crustless Quiche 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 chopped onion 2 c asparagus 1-1/2 c diced pots 2 oz shredded Swiss 1 Tbsp flour 4 eggs 1-1/2 c milk Saute onions in olive oil until "clear" - Boil asparagus 1 min, then drain. Non-stick spray a 10" pie-pan, spred onions, asparagus, pots and cheese on bottom. Sprinkle with flour and stir. Beat the eggs with the milk, add salt and pepper to taste-pour over. Bake 40 min @ 325 degrees. |
