Dorian

Dorian sat in front of the mirror on his wedding day and stared at the reflection of a man who was going to marry a woman he didn't love because he was afraid of his father.

"Coward," Dorian whispered, turning away from the mirror. He was abandoning the woman he loved because he was afraid of his father.

But then again, Dorian knew that Aeran would never love him. And even if she thought she did for a short while, she would move on to another love, that was just the way Aeran was.

Perhaps this was for the best. Dorian would never know the pain of Aeran getting tired of him and moving on to another man. This way Dorian could keep his love for Aeran untainted. Dorian sighed and straightened his collar. Right, he was doing the right thing.
