BISMILLAAHIR RAHMAANIR RAHIIM  --- IN THE NAME OF ALLAH, RAHMAN, RAHIM

YA ALI MADAD

Islam is for muslims *al--Haqq the Truth*

11:73. They said: Wonderest thou at the commandment of Allah -- AMRIL-LAAHI
The mercy of Allah -- RAHMATU-LLAAHI
and His blessings -- WA BARAKAATU-HUU
be upon you, O people of the house  --  AHLAL BAYT  innahu hameedun majeed -- Lo! He is Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory!

=

salaamun alaykum and ya ali madad,

please note the above QUR'ANIC verse very carefully as it REPRESENTS the foundation of this write-up.

allah, out of his infinite grace and mercy, had ETERNALIZED the 'AMRIL-LAAHI - commandment of allah'; 'RAHMA-TULLAAHI -- mercy of allah' and 'BARAKAATU-HUU -- HIS BLESSINGS' -- upon and in these 2 ahl al baiyts [pbuth].

therefore, no man on the face of this earth was/will ever be deprived of these divine blessings by going through the right - divinely appointed 'means of approach or access to allah -- Wasilah'.

remember, ISLAM is the eternal religion which allah had revealed in progression at different times and phases of the human history. it is ever present in its eternal concept.

5:35. O ye who believe! Be mindful of your duty to Allah, and seek the way of approach unto Him, and strive in His way in order that ye may succeed.

  5. 35: C740. Taqwa here too might be translated .....  It is in fact duty to Allah, for we are told to seek ardently the means by which we may approach Him, Yusuf Ali's Commentary from QuranTrans

=

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 5:35]

Wasilah is a means of access to a thing or a being.

If Allah had willed He could have guided mankind directly through inspiration, but in His infinite wisdom, He had not deemed it desirable. He selected and appointed His representatives to convey His message and laws to people and administer their affairs in every age. Please refer to pages 1 to 7, and the commentary of al Baqarah: 2 to 5, 30 to 38, 48, and 124 to know that the Holy Prophet and his Ahl ul Bayt are the only means of approach to Allah.

Thus wasilah or means of access to Allah is to faithfully follow the Holy Prophet and the holy Imams of his holy house, who have been thoroughly purified by Allah (Ahzab: 33).

The Holy Prophet said:

"I and Ali are from one divine light."

"I will soon be called back, so I will have to go away from you, but I leave behind, amid you, the thaqalayn (two weighty indispensable influential authorities), the book of Allah and my Ahl ul Bayt. Should you be attached to these two, never, never shall you go astray, after me, for verily these two will never be separated from each other; and, joined together, they shall meet me at the spring of Kawthar."

"My Ahl ul Bayt amongst you are like the ark of Nuh. He who sails on it will be safe; but he who holds back shall be drowned and lost.".

'IL-YASIN' and the muslim salah--prayer

this is what it means in the words of the holy qur'an.

61: 3. It is most HATEFUL in the sight of Allah that ye say that which ye do not.
=

QUESTION

what makes allah, 'innahu hameedun majeed -- Lo! He is Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory' [HQ. 11:73] ?

rest assured, any faithful muslim will tell you that it is, the 'darood (blessings) and salaam (peace)'. in other words, when the darood and/or salawat and salaam is recited on THE AHL AL-BAYT.

i.     THAT IS ON MUHAMMAD ;

ii.
    H_I_S_ _F_A_M_I_L_Y ;

iii.    WA ALA  ALI  MUHAMMADIN
        _K_A_M_A_

iv.   WA   ALA  ALI IBRAHEEMA

v.     WA ALA ALI MUHAMMADIN
        _K_A_M_A_

vi.     WA ALA  ALI IBRAHEEMA

innahu hameedun majeed -- Lo! He is Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory!  [hadith + HQ. 11:73 above]

=

note: the shia imami ismailis recite/revise a shorter version of this salawat in their daily prayers--du'a; various special religious ceremonies and upon their holy imam [sa], who himself is of the said 2 ahl al-baiyts [pbuth], respectively.

now, what happens when this divine order is deliberately or unknowingly broken or violated?

in other words, without the invocation of this qur'anic

'the household of the holy prophet [pbuth], a muslim prayer is incomplete and worthless,
save what allah will!! and that's not all.

THE '5-FIVE DIVINE - NOORS-LIGHTS'

only with this complete invocation could one really say that allah is, ''innahuu hameedun majeed -- Lo! He is Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory!''  - because the essence of ONE  is in the OTHER  and vice versa.

in other words, 'the prophethood and the imamate--institution of spiritual guidance,'  is/are the said, 'NOORUN ALA NOOR -- LIGHT[3] UPON LIGHT[4]'  . see HQ. 4:175,176; 5:15,16; 7:157; 33:46, etc., the new testament - john 1:4-10 & the Pooya/Ali Commentary 24:35.

jesus says:

Matthew 12:33 (KJV) Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by [his] fruit.

    SALAWAT

What is As Salawat ? As Salawat is the blessing. Is it not strange that Salah is spelt exactly the same as Salawat? In order to understand Salawat we must look at Salah. We have already covered Salah in a separate article on this site. PLEASE READ IT FOR YOURSELF.

Having read the article on Salah we find that we are in fact writing the name AHMAD with our body. So if we are writing the name AHMAD with our body first before we get to LILLAH

then why is it wrong to say Salawat or Darood on Muhammad

In other words, we have to write the name AHMAD The Nabee (Prophet) is closer to the believers than their own selves so that is one form of nearness of Muhammad to us than our own selves. Then we finally come to rest in the position of Lillah in the Salah.

Therefore the Arabic word Salawat is basically spelt Salat or Salah and both Salah and Salawat draw the seeker closer to Muhammad first and then to Allah. In other words we have to pass through AHMAD first before we rest in LILLAH.

May Allah enlighten all the Muslims and guide them to the correct path. A_m_e_e_n.

Darood (Blessings) and Salaam (Peace) on Muhammad,
  H_I_S_ _F_A_M_I_L_Y,
and His Companions

ELYAS AND IDRIS - MINUS - IL-YASIN - the family of YASIN [pbuth]

-

 tafseer of Ibn Katheer

excerpts

>>

1.    Khidr

There is also the story of Khidr alahi salaam, who has drunk from the fountain of life and appears when people need assistance from Allah. Allah sends him to assist and also as a spiritual teacher.

2.    ELYAS AND IDRIS

The following is now the sunni view only:
The majority of the sunnis believe that the Anbiyya and Awliya Allah are alive. THERE ARE SOME WHO ARE OF THE OPPINION THAT ELYAS AND IDRIS ARE THE ONE AND THE SAME PERSON. Idris alahi salaam went to heaven while on earth and he did not return.

3.    Awliya Allah are alive

Now this is my personal belief:
All the Anbiyaa and Awliya Allah are alive and they are like the Martyrs. As Allah says, do not call the martyrs dead, they are alive and Allah providessustenance for them (words to that effect).

>>

navali: despite the above note -- there was absolutely NO mention of IL-YASIN -- the family of yasin. COMPARE the same with - Salaamun (peace) be upon Ilyâsîn (Elias - given below and see how conveniently 'the family of yasin' was EXCLUDED from the above.

allow me to continue.  Khalid M. Malik Ghouri asserts further:

when we recite the quran or recite salawat, the salawat
is presented to the prophet
muhammad sal allahu alaih wa sallam.
=

he continues:

when we send the hadiya / sawab for the recitation TO

'ILyasIN'

please note that the word/phrase -- at this juncture in the holy qur'an reads 'ILyasIN' and not  just elias, as we have it in the earlier verse and/or the bible! and this CHANGES the whole context and connotation of allah's command and revelation.

that said, what about the SALAWAT on the Holy Prophet's FAMILY -- which in the qur'anic CONTEXT  and purport is SIMPLY  ILyasIN -- 'FAMILY OF YASIN -- the holy prophet muhammad [pbuth]'?

Ilyas or Ilyah or Elijah  =  Hazrat  ALI [pbuth]

shia 12er commentary

    [Pooya/Ali Commentary 37:123]

Prophet Ilyas is mentioned in I Kings 17 and 2 Kings 1 and 2 as Elijah. Ilyas denounced all sins of Ahab and Ahaziah and warned people to stop the worship of Baal and believe in the true religion of Musa.

    Aqa Mahdi Puya says:

"We perpetuated" has been mentioned in verse 108 after the mention of Ibrahim and Ismail who have been described as shi-ahs of Nuh in verse 83, and then in verse 119 it is again mentioned for Musa and Harun, and finally in verse 129 after the mention of Ilyas. According to ziyarat waritha the Ahl ul Bayt of the Holy Prophet represent all the earlier prophets as stated in the above noted verses that Allah perpetuated their glory and praise in generations to come in later times.

As mentioned in history Ilyas or Ilyah or Elijah

Elijah was taken up in a whirlwind to heaven when the people planned to kill him.

He is still alive; and is represented by Ali ibn abi Talib.

a christian source: Footnotes
28 Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?: Jesus cries out in the words of Psalm 22:2, a psalm of lament that is the Old Testament passage most frequently drawn upon in this narrative. In Mark the verse is cited entirely in Aramaic, which Matthew partially retains but changes the invocation of God to the Hebrew Eli, possibly because that is more easily related to the statement of the following verse about Jesus' calling for Elijah.

29 Elijah: see the note on Matthew 3:4. This prophet, taken up into heaven (2 Kings 2:11), was believed to come to   the help of those in distress, but the evidences of that belief are all later than the gospels.

excerpts

The name means " Yhwh is (my) God," and is a confession that its bearer defended Yhwh against the worshipers of Baal and of other gods.

Elijah the precursor of the Messiah, Elijah zealous in the cause of God. ELIJAH THE HELPER IN DISTRESS — these are the three leading notes struck by the Haggadah, endeavoring to complete the Biblical picture with the Elijah legends.

The taking of Elijah into heaven or supramundane regions did not mean his severance from this world; on the contrary, his real activity then began. From Biblical times there is his letter to Jehoram, written seven years after his translation (Seder 'Olam R. xvii.; compare, however, Josephus, "Ant." ix. 5, § 2), (Midr. Teh. ad loc.; see also Ber. 4b; Targ. on Eccles. x. 20).

To men he appears in different forms, sometimes while they are dreaming, sometimes while they are awake, and this in such a way that the pious frequently know who is before them.
Elijah in the Guise of an Arab.

Elijah appeared to many while they were awake, and this in various ways. He often elected to appear in the guise of an Arab () or, more exactly, in that of an Arab of the desert (see Arabia in Rabbinical Literature ).

But when Elijah came the third time, the man consulted his wife as to what he should do. They concluded to tell the Arab that they wished to enjoy the good years at once; they had hardly expressed their wish when their children found a great treasure. The pious couple made good use of their riches, and spent much money for benevolent purposes. After six years the Arab returned and told them that the end of their prosperity had come. (Midr. Ruth Zu?a, ed. Buber, near end).

TO THE PIOUS, ELIJAH IS IN MANY CASES A GUARDIAN ANGEL, for whom no place is too remote, and who leaves nothing undone to help them in their distress or to save them from misery.

COMPARE: in the islamic tradition

it is reported by abu ishaq thalabi that abdullah bin salam asked the holy prophet to give the name of the man who had knowledge of the book and brought the queen of sheba with her throne within the twinkling of an eye.

the holy prophet said: "IT WAS ALI."

it is stated in minhaj al sadiqin and umdat al bayan -- [SUNNI HADITH] -- that then the holy prophet said to ALI:

"O ALI, thou had been HIDDEN -- [BATIN, navali] -- WITH ALL THE PROPHETS of allah preceding me, AND WITH ME THOU ARE    MANIFEST - [ZAHIR, navali] - [M.S. U.B.] [#vr. 40. [1699], s.v. mir ahmed ALI, pp. 1157].

NADI ALI, WHICH THE HOLY PROPHET RECITED

        [Pooya/Ali Commentary 27:20]

it is reported by abu ishaq thalabi that abdullah bin salam asked the holy prophet to give the name of the man who had knowledge of the book and brought the queen of sheba with her throne within the twinkling of an eye.

the holy prophet said: "IT WAS ALI."

it is stated in minhaj al sadiqin and umdat al bayan -- [SUNNI HADITH]-- that then the holy prophet said to ALI:

"O ALI, YOU HELPED ALL THE PROPHETS of allah incognito -- [BATIN, navali] -- (concealed from view), and YOU HELP ME   in propria persona - [ZAHIR, navali] - (in person) MANIFESTLY.

Ali ibn abi Talib is known as mazhar al aja-ib and mazhar al ghara-ib because, as willed by Allah, he used to appear in different forms to carry out divine plans under very special circumstances. These two epithets are exclusively reserved for Ali. Even today the true believers invoke Allah to send him for help (???*navali).

the Famous Dua, Known as Nadi Ali, Which The Holy Prophet Recited, As Commanded By Allah, At Khaybar Refers To Ali As Mazhar Al Aja-Ib. Ali Ibn Abi Talib Is Also Known As Mushkil Kusha, The Remover Of Hardships.

In every age, to many persons he comes personally to remove hardships. Through his name great spiritual achievements are attained. The Holy Prophet, and after him, Ali are acknowledged as the most superior possessors of the spiritual powers.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary  37:123]
In connection with the verses praising the Ahl ul Bayt, Ibn Hajar
has written verse 130 as the third verse in the eleventh chapter of his book Sawa-iq al Muhriqah and has stated therein on the authority of Ibn Abbas that
"ALI YASIN" (OR IL YASIN) MEANS ALI MUHAMMAD
. He writes that Kalbi also holds the same view. Fakhr al Din al Razi writes that the AHL UL BAYT are at par with the Holy Prophet in five things:

(i) In salutation, for Allah said: "Peace be to you, O prophet."
and He also said: "Peace be to the ALI YASIN."
(ii) In invoking the blessings of Allah during prayers, after each
tashhahud.

(iii) In their purity, for Allah revealed the verses of purification
(Ahzab: 33) for the Ahl ul Bayt
(iv) In the sadqah (alms) being forbidden for them.
(v) In love, for Allah said: "Say: I ask you no recompense
except that you love my kindred." (Shura: 23)

[compare with km ghouris' latest  assertion cited above]

Salaamun (peace) be upon Ilyâsîn (Elias

The reading of aayah 130 as    carries the meaning of the family of Yaseen (he and those who followed him), which in the tafseer of Ibn Katheer is stated to be another name for Ilyaas, who is also thought to be the same as Idrees; or as the tafseer also states that the father of Ilyaas was Yaseen, so that the family of Yaseen includes the father.  Those that read it this way consider the  to be one word and to be another word.

well, here's all the qur'anic proof we need to this effect. in  other words, this is the divinely appointed, 'means of approach to allah -- wasilah.'

and in spite of these ETERNAL REVELATIONS OF ALLAH --- AAYAATILLAAHI AND WISDOM, etc., neither you [Khalid M. Malik Ghouri] nor ahmed hulusi had followed the holy qur'an and allah's own __P_R_A_C_T_I_C_E__ thereof.

on the contrary, both of you have only tried to REFORM islam and the holy qur'an per se., not to speak of the holy prophet's [sas] own practice and mission which BEGAN WITH PRAYERS FOR HIS ZURRIYYAT.

'Ya-Sin -- O MAN'

36: 1. Ya-Sin -- O MAN

=

   36. 1:
C3943. Some Commentators take
Ya to be the vocative particle, and Sin to be the abbreviation of Insan, Sin being the only "Firm Letter" in the word. In that case it would be an address to man. "O man!" But "man" in this connection is understood to mean the Leader of man, the noblest of mankind. Muhammad the Prophet of Allah. For this Sura deals mainly with the holy Prophet and his Message. But no dogmatic assertion can be made about the Abbreviated Letters, for which see Appendix 1, following S. ii.
Ya-Sin is usually treated as a title of the holy Prophet. Yusuf Ali's Commentary from QuranTrans

IMAAMANW RAHMAH - IMAM AND MERCY

46:12. And before this, was the Book of Moses, a guide [IMAM] and a mercy -- IMAAMANW RAHMAH: And this Book confirms (it) in the Arabic tongue; to admonish the unjust, and as Glad Tidings to those who do right.

[IMAAMANW RAHMAH -- IMAM AND MERCY - see also 11:17;  Musa, kitaab, AIMMA - IMAAMS, OUR REVELATIONS -- AAYAATINAA - see 32:22-25 ; AIMMA - IMAAMS -- see 28:5; AIMMA - IMAAMS - isaac and jacob -- see 21:73]

46:15. And We have commended unto man--INSAAN kindness toward parents. His mother beareth him with reluctance, and bringeth him forth with reluctance, and the bearing of him and the weaning of him is thirty months, till, when he attaineth full strength and reacheth forty years, he saith: My Lord! Arouse me that I may give thanks for the favour wherewith Thou hast favoured me and my parents, and that I may do right acceptable unto Thee.

And be gracious unto me in the matter of my seed --  waan aAAmala salihan tardahu waaslih lee fee thurriyyatee. Lo! I have turned unto Thee repentant, and lo! I am of those who surrender --  muslimiin.

WHO was the PRIMARY recipient and addressee of the above aayaats?  did not the holy prophet [sas] commence his commission at the age of 40? if so what was his first and foremost prayer at his commencement?

it was nothing less than:

'And be gracious unto me in the matter of my seed --  waan aAAmala salihan tardahu waaslih lee fee thurriyyatee'

AL-KAUTHaR (ABUNDANCE, PLENTY -- posterity )
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

108: 1. Surely We have given you Kausar, 108: 3. Surely your enemy is the one who shall be without posterity
Shakir's Quran Translation

please note that allah himself linked ' kauthar - ABUNDANCE' with 'posterity.'  hence, what was the primary meaning of this surah--chapter?

did you know that other prophets and messengers of allah [pbuth] also offered similar prayers for their parents, etc.

27:19. And (Solomon) smiled, laughing at her speech,
and said: My Lord, arouse me to be thankful for
Thy favour wherewith Thou hast favoured me
and my parents
and to do good that shall be pleasing unto Thee,
and include me in (the number of) Thy righteous slaves.

71:28. My Lord! Forgive me [noah] and my parents
and him who entereth my house believing,
and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin.

so, let there not be any doubt as to who was the PRIMARY  OBJECT, recipient and addressee of verses 46:12,15 cited above. in short, these verses revolve around the concepts of IMAMAH, RAHMAH AND YASIN - O MAN, respectively.

[Pooya/Ali Commentary 108:1]

When the Holy Prophet's son, Tahir, born to Khadijah al Kubra, died, Amr bin As and Hakam bin As taunted the Holy Prophet by calling him abtar-tail-less, whose progeny has been cut off. This surah was revealed to give glad tidings to the Holy Prophet that abundance of unbounded grace, wisdom and knowledge, mercy and goodness, spiritual power and insight, in highest degrees, and of progeny has been given to him.

It is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim, Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hambal and other books of renowned Sunni scholars that the Holy Prophet said:

"Kawthar is a stream of super excellence, exclusively belonging to me. Only the righteous believers (among my followers) will be allowed to drink from it. Ali shall distribute the water from it to them.

From that day Ali was known and referred to by the companions as saqi al kawthar.

Kawthar also means abundance of descendants. The countless descendants of the Imams of the Ah ul Bayt, in the progeny of Ali and Fatimah are known as sayyids. They are the descendants of the Holy Prophet.

several questions have come to mind in the light of the above facts, of which i will quote the following again for quick reference:

Having read the article on Salah we find that we are in fact writing the name AHMAD with our body. So if we are writing the name AHMAD with our body first before we get to LILLAH

then why is it wrong to say Salawat or Darood on Muhammad

Therefore the Arabic word Salawat is basically spelt Salat or Salah and both Salah and Salawat draw the seeker closer to Muhammad first and then to Allah. In other words we have to pass through AHMAD first before we rest in LILLAH.

Darood (Blessings) and Salaam (Peace) on Muhammad, H_I_S_ _F_A_M_I_L_Y, and His Companions

QUESTION

i.     what is a muslim salah worth -- without a SALAWAT on
muhammad's family -- IL-YASIN [pbuth]?

ii.     what is your reply/WEB PAGE worth -- without a SALAWAT on
muhammad's family -- IL-YASIN [pbuth]?

iii.     WHAT IS AHMED HULUSI BOOK/S WORTH without a salawat on
muhammad's family -- IL-YASIN [pbuth]?

MOHAMMED's“ALLAH"   “ALLAH” as introduced by MOHAMMED (a.s.)

    1.    After hearing this notification people went to Hazrat Ali whom Hz. Mohammed has qualified as “the Gate of Science,”

    2.    And as Hazrat Ali[1] said:

    3.    [1]Hazrat Ali, a known leading Islamic figure, Mohammed's aleyhessalaam close follower since his teenage, one of his four khaliphes, also his cousin and son in-law

    4.    Hazrat Ali replied by the following brief and simple statement

    5.    The foremost knowledge of AHADIYYAT —the quality of being AHAD— informed by Mohammed aleyhessalaam, has passed down to all awliyah step by step through the sayings of Hazrat Ali and Hazrat Abu Bakr[2],

=

iv.     thereafter, what is his PARTIAL, INCOMPLETE and MISLEADING interpretation of 'Word of Oneness (Kalimat-it Tawhid): -- La ilaha ill-Allah'? -- WORTH?

   http://www.ahmedbaki.com/english/books/allah/

The meaning of the statement “La ilaha ill-Allah” constitutes the basis of Islam. “La ilaha ill-Allah” can be interpreted simply as; “there is no god, there is only ALLAH.” [ditto]
=

please note that i am not saying the above kalimah is wrong.

i am only refuting your partial and incomplete interpretation thereof. it goes against the very basis of islam and the core of the holy qur'an per se.

put simply: it violates islam and the holy qur'an in toto!

irrefutable evidence
of his outright bigotry
AGAINST IL-YASIN -
the holy prophet's family [pbuth]

NOT ONCE did he offer SALAWAT on IL-YASIN [pbuth]. this was despite the fact that he had referred to hzt ali [as] in more than 4-5 different places and also quoted him, as just seen.

HOW DO YOU EXPLAIN THE FOLLOWING?

As Talha[1] radhi'allalhu ahn narrated:

Othman bin Afwan[3] r.a. who is the third khaliph to RasulAllah

Narrated Abu Said al Khudri:

Narrated Ibn Omar radhi'allahu ahn: RasulAllah notified:

Shall we learn this from Anas radhi'allahu ahn:

what then, is the bottom line at the end of the day my friend?

will conclude with what i started out with.

61: 3. It is most HATEFUL in the sight of Allah  that ye say that which ye do not.
