DISCLAIMER

Before or after they become readers of this group of pages, persons have no right to say that the writer has a debt to anyone and they have no power to put the writer in debt to anyone.

The writer of this group of pages makes a free offer of his ideas to the public. In making this offer, it is his purpose to give an account of his knowledge. Two things are the opposite of the writer's purpose: first, to give out expert opinions or suggestions and, second, to give readers hope, by clear words or by suggestion, that his ideas are true, are complete, are good for some use, or are facts of science.

No persons have a right to say that the writer is responsible for making his ideas true, complete or good for some use. In addition, no persons have a right to say that the writer is responsible for keeping readers or other persons safe from danger, pain, damage and death.

If readers make a decision to put any of the writer's ideas to use, then these readers become fully responsible for making this decision and acting in this way. And the writer has no debt to readers or other persons if they get a bad outcome from decisions and acts based on his ideas.

If readers or their loved ones have a serious disease of the body or of the mind, they had better see a caregiver who is working near the place where they are living. It is impossible for this group of pages to take the place of, or to be more important than, expert and in-person care.

The writer of these pages gives out connections to the opinions, statements, suggestions and knowledge of other persons. The writer is not necessarily in agreement with this outside material and he does not give it his approval. In addition, this outside material is presented "as is" and not as true or complete or good for some use or facts of science. If readers make use of this outside material for themselves or for a loved one, they are fully responsible for their decision and acts as well as any danger, pain, damage or death which may come about from such use.

Lastly, presenting his own and outsiders' ideas in these pages does not make the writer have a connection to, or become a guide or helper or manager of, readers who make use of those ideas to take care of themselves or other persons, even when readers get money in exchange for doing so.
