Since the dust cover was too long for me to simply flip the frame around, I had to do something different for the right rail.

Slide fits perfectly on rails, I can just fit it on by hand.
I lapped the slide using my homemade lapping tool and 600 grit compound.
Most of the parts in the kit dropped in, except the thumb safety and mag release. The trigger and fire control parts work properly, without having to do anything. They do need tweaking, though. I also discarded the trigger that came with the kit and replaced it with one I had lying around, for testing purposes (but it's too ugly to use permanently.)
Beveling the magwell was done with a 1/2" mill, and the head was tilted at 30 degrees.
I reversed the frame to do the other side:
