Jessica: NO, no X 1O! (She still yells at her mother.)
Kelvin: Jessica, how about chips? Is cheese....your favorite!
Jessica: (She stares at me now and says:) No!
Kelvin: Okay, Jessica, let's go to my room......(usually, I speak this very softly.)
