On the day of July 12th, 2001, I left Hong Kong to New York City.
In August, I decided to move to New Jersey for school.
Next month, September 11th......
In New Jersey, I lived with my cousin Xiaying, her husband Yangde, and her lovely daughter Jessica. She was only two years old when I moved into her house. Now, she is four already. Everyone loves her very much, as she is very cute and nice.
Year 2002 went by, year 2003 came silently. I left all in New Jersey, and came back to New York City again.
At the same time, my parents bought me a car, which made me be more independent. That's true. My new school is in Long Island, which is about 60 miles east of New York City. I usually drive alone to and back between my aunt's house and school. Jane, another cousin of mine, sat next to me the first time. Thank you Jane, as that was really DANGEROUS. However, practice makes perfect. That 60 miles is a safe trip now, and the most important is...I gain more confident.
In 2004, it is already the second year in my school. I must plan for my future now.
