We are Linda and Stephen, the very proud owners of three NFC's. Having first seen the breed in early 1999, and fallen in love with the rugged natural looks of this magnificent breed, we decided that when the opportunity arose we would buy our first ever pedigree cat, and it should be an NFC.

We live on the outskirts of Glasgow, and our cats have the run of the house. In fine weather they have supervised access to the garden, two landscaped cat runs complete with trees and shrubs and our NFC's have been trained to walk very happily on extendable leads.

Initially we were planning to have just one NFC to replace a very special moggie who had died that year, but the opportunity came up to take Elinor Herbert's Bjoerna home.

Almost two years later, we successfully had a first litter of kittens. From that litter, we extended our little NFC group by keeping Sigurd. He is quite a character, and has been kept as a house cat, with the occasional foray onto the show bench. You can follow what happened to the other kittens by visiting their own picture galleries on this site.

In 2002 we have mated Bjoerna with Joy Walkenshaw's Eid Av Imblost and produced a second litter.

In 2003 we were delighted to take home a tortie and white girl from Joan Stanley, Tegwel Stormy Weather.

In 2004 Bjoerna has had her 3rd litter again from Eid.
