| Roberto Matta, born 1911, a Chilean artist who associated with other surrealist artists of the early 20th C like Ernst, Dali, Breton, Miro, Tanguey etc.... Here he is working quickly to reveal the subconscious in his work. This process is called automatism. Many of his works were very large works on canvas covering entire walls.
