| STUFF TO DO The beach resort of Torrox Costa has many bars and restaurants as does the picturesque coastal town of Nerja. The smaller inland villages of Frigliana and Competa are also very charming. Malaga is a lively port city with a host of attractions, including a museum that honours native son Pablo Picasso. Granada, with its fabulous Alhambra castle, and Seville, the regional capital of Andalucia with its spectacular medieval architecture, are both a few hours away by car. There are several good golf courses in the area, tennis courts can be rented and mountain biking and windsurfing can also be practised here. The Insight Guide to Southern Spain is an excellent book with plenty of information about the region and some beautiful photographs. |
