To secure your reservation please deposit the first week's rent within seven days of making your provisional reservation. The balance is due six weeks before your arrival. We recommend that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance that will reimburse you in case you have to cancel your travel plans. Sorry, but we do not allow pets on our properties. We also wish to point out that because each house has its own pool they are not suitable for small children who cannot swim.
