Background Kelli Leigh Caras is a native resident of the Tidewater area. She attended grade school in Portsmouth, earned her associates degree from Tidewater Community College, and then went on to Christopher Newport University where she earned her bachelors degree in 2003. As a member of the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce, York County Chamber of Commerce, and the Virginia Peninusla Chamber of Commerce, she is up to date on the Tidewater region. Kelli is a a certified trainer for the Virginia Housing and Development Association (VHDA).She also is a member of Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors (VPAR), where she is on the Professional Development Committee. You can also see her at many of the areas charity functions. She is dedicated to giving back to the commmunity. Her latest contributions had her polar plunging for the Special Olympics, acting as a change bandit for the Children's Hospital, or raising bail as part of MDA lock up for love program.
