| July 21st, 2005 I've figured it out, about some of the bothersome things in Harry Potter 6. We, as readers, have come to expect that JKR will plant clues in early pages of the text and then spring them out as important themes later. In this one, things that would usually resurface are just dropped. I know there was a lot to get into this one, but I don't like being mislead. It irritates me. Plus, there were a few things that happened that should have warrented more than just detention. That's bothering me a bit. I'll stop now. I've had two days off. Today, of course, flew by, not helped by the fact that I had to go back to bed around 3:30 because of a headache. I still haven't gotten rid of it totally yet. I think I need some food. I haven't eaten a whole lot today. I might make a run for Taco Bueno. It's a bit far, but I have a coupon for a free taco. I can feel my headache coming back, so I'm going to retire to the couch.
