| January 10th, 2007 I saw something truly disgusting this afternoon. I was just innocently walking into Central Market for some avocados and some bulgur when I spotted her. I think we're all familiar with the interesting fashion choices one can see in Dallas, but this was even worse than the pants The Driver and I saw last Saturday. This woman was wearing black slacks, Chanel sunglasses (I so want some) and a black tank top. Here's where we hit the problem. She was clearly over 40, at least, and her pendulous breasts were fettered only by the black tank top, from what I could tell. So I am honestly not sure what made her decide to carry her cell phone between them. That's right. She had her effing cell phone poked between her swinging udders. If I were to be honest, I think I'm more offended that someone so clearly in need of boobular restraint would leave the house without a bra. But drawing attention to your obvious lack of sense by using your breasts as an accessory holder is really too much. She was carrying a purse by the way. I'm going to do it. I've decided. It has to happen. It won't be easy, I know. But if I don't do it now, when will I? I'm going to... give up coffeemate. <whimper> I don't remember the last time I just put milk in my coffee. Coffeemate is so rich and creamy and sweet and lovely. <whimperwhimper>. It's for my health. Milk = good. Why do I feel like this is going to be harder than giving up smoking? I've been working on the ole site, so feel free to browse around. I was actually working on it at work today. <guilty look> Seriously, I knew I was going to get in trouble, and who should walk into my office right after I launched the pagebuilder? That's right. My boss. How do they always know? I put up a little bit about the Stars game last night over on the Sports page. That was one of the new improvements. Last night, Serendipity and I found a new driver to give us a ride home. The Driver doesn't live here, so we are left to our own devices during the week. Sometimes a girl just doesn't want to take the train! At least we didn't technically change vehicles, since Rockstar Rob and The Driver have the same car. Seren and I do like to maintain our standards. I think it's bubble bath time. I should have gotten some Mr. Bubble when I was at Target earlier. |
