Tech Stuff
Unix totally fascinates me and so does Linux. I simply love scripting. I am in IT cos I am passionate about it, its not a 9 to 5 job for me. Of course, I need to pay my bills too ; but hey if cannot enjoy what you do 8-12 hours a day, its really not worth it, is it :) While I cannot say that every project I have worked on has been to my taste, since I have survived as a techie for around 14 years and I think I can survive a few not-so-good projects.
So much for the tech aspect of it, but what about the actual job ?

One of my pet peeves - why do good guys finish last :)

Why is that at the start of the week I find it hard to get up in the morning, but come Thursday/Friday I am up early - fresh and ready to go ?

You start a new job ; you are all excited and on high alert. Any mundane task given to you, you perform diligently. Within a few months you let your get bored ; the same tasks now seem boring. How does one avoid this job stagnation ?
Tell me why...tell me why..if you have a suggestion, other than "go see a shrink" or "thats how people think when they get old", send me an e-mail
