I am sorry to inform you that I am forced to decline to give any information about the next Comic Con. As soon as I am clear of the date, place, and time of the next Comic Con, I will paste the information. But for now, please try visiting their website at comiccon.com The Science Fiction International Friendship Forum in Japan, in collaboration with the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation in the U.S.A., proudly presents AnimeExpo: Tokyo! AX-Tokyo will be held in the Sunshine City Convention Center in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, Japan from January 16th to the 18th of 2004! AX-Tokyo will be the dream convention for fans of Japanese animation, comics, and pop culture. Combining the best features from conventions held in Japan and the United States of America, AX-Tokyo will be an unparalleled event! The same features (film and video theaters, masquerade and cosplay events, panels and workshops presented in both Japanese and English, exhibit hall, etc.) that you have come to expect will be present. 
In 2004 Fanime will be held at San Jose Convention Center on the Memorial Day Weekend. (Friday May 28 - Monday May 31, 2004) It is too early to know of any attending guests and what will be found there. As soon as any information (other than the offer of pre-ordering your t-shirt) will be available, I will let you know. 
Comic-Con International is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to creating awareness of, and appreciation for, comics and related popular art forms, primarily through the presentation of conventions and events that celebrate the historic and ongoing contribution of comics to art and culture This year the convention is at the Sandiego Convention Center in Sandiego on July 17th-July 20th, 2003.  Anime Expo is the largest convention devoted to Japanese animation and manga (comics) in the United States. Hosted by the Society for the Promotion of Japanese Animation (SPJA), Anime Expo is the gathering place of thousands of fans and professionals in the anime and manga industry. The "Anime Expo" web site is the best place to get the most recent up-to-date information on Anime Expo 2003. The Convention, this year is in the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California on July 3rd-6th, 2003.
Fanime is a convention for anime fans by fans is has lost of things including the dealers room, pinata contest, game shows, karaoke, tabletop gaming, computer tournaments, art show, music videos, and so much more. It is less commercialized than the Anime Expo and a hell less crowded. Fanime is held in June 20th-22nd at Santa Clara Convention Center
